Job Description

Key objectives:

  • Defines & implements local CRM & Trade Marketing strategy.
  • Maximizes brand exposure & visibility via best VM at the POS and Boutiques.
  • Supports Wholesale & Retail via targeted CRM tactics to drive client acquisition & retention & sell-out.
  • Ensures all relevant budgets for POS, PLV & Printed Material, Capex, etc are strictly respected.


1. Customer Relationship Management (approx. 60%):

  • Ensures successful planning, execution & follow-up of local CRM strategy for retail & wholesale.
  • Defines a detailed CRM action plan for client acquisition, engagement and recovery.
  • Handles the client database & runs regular CDB & CMT reports for client intelligence.
  • Defines customer segmentation models (RFM, etc.) in line with HQ guidance.
  • Supervises NEA Call Centre operation & as such all customer enquiries received by phone & email, etc.
  • Develops gifting strategy in coordination with local teams, HQ’s for ideas sharing & volume discount.
  • Handles local gift development if required.
  • Handles local E-mail marketing with Digital team at HQ.
  • Establishes relevant KPI‘s & monitors via a monthly CRM dashboard.


2. Trade Marketing (approx. 40%):

  • Ensures successful planning, execution & follow-up of local Trade Marketing strategy for retail & wholesale.
  • Defines a detailed Trade Marketing action plan for the POS network.
  • Implements & monitors the VM waves in the trade & retail network given HQ guidelines.
  • Forecasts, places & monitors annual POS & PLV orders with HQ.
  • Monitors stock levels & deliveries & handles the NSI system for NEA.
  • Controls POS expansion, planning & follow-up including CAPEX handling for wholesale network.
  • Assures POS opening, implementation & ongoing maintenance in terms of Visual Merchandising.
  • Regularly runs mystery shopping on all POS to provide detailed reports & follow-up.
  • Handles POS related publishing (for price lists, business cards, BTQ stationary, etc.).
  • Supervises local production of trade marketing material if required.
  • Defines & measures specifics annual KPI’s for VM that support the overall marketing goals.
  • Develops & executes a monthly trade marketing dashboard (incl. book of distribution).
  • Controls Trade Marketing budgets.

 3. Training & Analysis:

  • Assures regular training programs in regards to Trade Marketing for POS staff.
  • Assures regular training programs in regards to CRM for POS staff.
  • Provides necessary training support material (incl. organization of sessions, execution & set-up).


4. Reports:

  • Monthly Trade Marketing dashboard.
  • Monthly CRM dashboard.


Job Requirement:

- University degree with minimum 6 years relevant experience in CRM and Marketing
- Detail oriented, strong in figures, strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
- Good command of spoken and written in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Strong in computer skills
- Less experience would be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
