Requirement

• Minimum 4 years themed entertainment or relevant experience
• Operational knowledge of theme park
• Detailed-minded and good problem solving skills; able to extract any “hidden” / potential problem in the whole operation flow in advance and think of handling method
• Good project management and communication skills; able to work closely with internal and external groups

Job Duties

• Develops, review and revise manuals and work schedules for staff members to maximize coverage of all activities within the park
• Trains, directs and evaluates attendants who operate the park and related facilities
• Manage large gatherings of people tactfully
• Overseeing the effective application of health and safety regulations and risk assessment to ensure a safe environment for park employees and the public
• Liaising with contractors, handling installation and integration of facilities
• Coordinates with the maintenance division, manage the daily repair and maintenance issues for facilities, monitor the condition of facilities an rides to ensure safe and proper operation
