Job Description

• Prepare receipt vouchers for incoming funds.
• Prepare monthly Accounts Receivable aging report.
• Perform monthly reconciliation with customers.
• Follow up with customers or salesmen on settlement details.
• Provide daily accounting support
• Prepare bank reconciliation statement
• Perform assigned ad-hoc reports and GL schedules

Requirements:

• F7 and above
• LCCI Higher or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in handling Accounts Receivable
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting system
• Pleasant personality and good communication skills
• Good command in spoken Putonghua
• Detailed-oriented and independent
