Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and execute the annual audit plan
• Responsible for risk assessment and evaluation of internal control system as well as to provide constructive recommendation to drive for operational excellence and compliance in the Group’s business units
• Lead and coach the audit team members to perform effective and efficient audit
• Keep abreast of audit standards and procedures, regulatory environment, and relevant business areas’ development in order to maintain technical competency and business acumen to support the business units
• Provide support in ad hoc projects including investigation as assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or related disciplines plus a recognized professional qualification of accounting or internal auditing
• At least 10 years of experience in the auditing (manufacturing field preferred) in which a minimum of 3 years is at managerial grade
• Knowledge in manufacturing industry, six-sigma and/or ERP(Oracle) is preferred
• Experience in IT audit, process improvement and re-engineering is preferred
• Proactive and able to work under pressure with good team spirit
• Good problem solving and communication skills
• Excellent analytical skill with logical thinking
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Frequent travel to the Group’s business units located in Thailand, Philippine and China

Less experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Internal Auditor
