Job Description

工作職責(Job Description)

  1. Responsible for all-rounded HR and Administration functions
  2. Plan, develop, implement and review HR and Administrative policies, procedures to support the company’s needs
  3. Plan, develop, implement and review HR Strategies, including C&B, recruitment, appraisal and succession plans etc
  4. Plan, develop, implement and review training policies and procedures. Analysis training programs to meet company’s needs
  5. Prepare HR analysis reports e.g. salary scales, manning guide and turnover rate etc
  6. Plan and manage the annual budget for HR & Administration department
  7. Manage and handle full range of administrative duties

需求條件(Job Requirement)

  1. Diploma or above in Business Administration, HRM or related disciplines
  2. At least 5 years of general HR experience in sizable organizations, exposure in retail industry is an advantage
  3. Solid experience in handling payroll & MPF independently is a must
  4. Familiar with HK labour & related ordinance
  5. Mature, self-motivated, well-organized and attentive to details
  6. Computer literacy(especially Excel), knowledge in HRIS is preferable
  7. Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances;
  8. At least 5 years’ solid experience in office administration & HR field. Candidates with less experience will be considered as officer;
  9. Responsible, organized and able to work under minimum supervision
  10. Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility;
  11. Good command of English & Cantonese both in written and verbal;
  12. Proficient use in computer skills i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
  13. Immediate available is highly preferred.
