Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide general office administration services for the department and the Company;
- Review and formulate administrative policy and procedure;
- Monitor and follow up regular replenishment of office supplies and office maintenance services;
- Keep good collection of all receipts and book-keeping;
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage);
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
- Cautious, attentive to details, well organized, self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility;
- Immediately available is preferred.
