Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office administration services for the department and the Company;
  • Review and formulate administrative policy and procedure;
  • Monitor and follow up regular replenishment of office supplies and office maintenance services;
  • Keep good collection of all receipts and book-keeping;
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage);
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Cautious, attentive to details, well organized, self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility;
  • Immediately available is preferred.
