Requirements:

• F. 5 graduate or above with 2 years’+ In/Out bills operation or L/C documents processing experience in banking industry is a must
• Familiar with computerized banking facilities in preparing bills documents
• Hands on experience on Word and Excel

 Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily processing of bills documents.
• Carrying out import and export L/C items, shipping documents, negotiation schedules, collections, B/L and payments using Eximbills/Imaging or respective in-house systems
• Ensure smooth running of the daily operations and processing all In/Out bills documents in compliance with the commercial law/government regulations

Remarks :  Night shift positions are also available for candidate with bills operation experience and

                willing to work on shift.  Attractive shift allowance will be offer.
