Job Description

Customer Service  Consultant  (Trade Finance Department)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
 
-  Handle day to day customer enquiries and complaints regarding the import/export bills transaction, LC enquiries
- Follow-up bills transaction cases for customers, possibly with bills operations staff, and provides prompt feedbacks to customers, e.g. examining the import/export LC items, shipping documents, negotiation schedules, collections, relevant entries, amount endorsed on L/C and amount of bills
-  Handle uncertain, sensitive Or irregular items/terms (e.g. non legal compliance case)
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
-  Secondary graduate or above

-  3 years’ experience in Bills documents operation/checking and customer service experience
-  Customer-oriented and with experience in serving overseas customers prefer
-  Hands on experience in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
-   Fluent spoken in Mandarin and English prefer
-  Good communications and interpersonal skills
