Reporting to the Reefer Trade Manager, the successful candidate is responsible for assisting the overall reefer container activities in Asia region.

Responsibilities: 

* To develop commercial relation & follow up key reefer customer located in Asia;

* Visit the region providing expert advice both on products & reefer units specs and develop reefer traffic from and to Asia;

* Reefer management with related tasks as well as specifications, service and maintenance;

* Address technical issues raised by customers and provide solutions;

* Provide technical opinion to Regional Office, Agencies and Customers;

* Detailed & Rigorous follow up and reporting with external and internal customers;

* Any other projects as assigned.

Requirements:

* Undergraduate in Shipping / Logistics or related disciplines;

* At least 3 years shipping experience with commercial and operational experience in the reefer business;

* Strong sense of customer contact, commercial and negotiation skill to maintain good relation with key deciding parties;

* Previous experience in cold chain related logistic and perishable food industries would be a plus;

* Fluent in English and Mandarin;

* Computer literate, and have good command of basic office software (Excel & Powerpoint);
