Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the team by converting strategies into implementation and achieving results
  • Design training materials for both internal and external clients, and execute training seminars
  • Assist functional head in product development and management reporting, KPI measurement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and reinsurance channels in order to provide excellent customer focus that meets clients’ needs
  • Maintain cohesive internal working relations with various internal departments

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Administration and/or Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in marketing / public relations / advertising, campaign management experience is highly essential
  • Good knowledge of general insurance products with strong business acumen
  • A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
