Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the team by converting strategies into implementation and achieving results
- Design training materials for both internal and external clients, and execute training seminars
- Assist functional head in product development and management reporting, KPI measurement
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and reinsurance channels in order to provide excellent customer focus that meets clients’ needs
- Maintain cohesive internal working relations with various internal departments
Requirements:
- University graduate in Business Administration and/or Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in marketing / public relations / advertising, campaign management experience is highly essential
- Good knowledge of general insurance products with strong business acumen
- A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
