Requirements:

Either: (a) 

• A member of

• Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (elected after 5 December 1975); OR

• the Institution of Civil Engineers; OR

• the Institution of Structural Engineers; OR

• another institution with equivalent standing in civil or structural engineering discipline,

• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in design, construction and / or maintenance of highway structures / bridges;

Or: (b)

• Holder of an acceptable university degree or an equivalent qualification in the field of civil engineering

• At least 10 years proven working experience in design, construction and / or maintenance of highway structures / bridges
