Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of administrative support for Leasing Department, including leasing and tenancy administration
• Liaise with landlord, department store management for leasing matter independently
• Establish and maintain good relationship with landlords, agents and property developers
• Work closely with internal and external parties for renovation, maintenance and new store construction projects
• Assist in retail shop daily operations and administration

Requirements:

• Higher diploma holder with minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Well-known of property transaction records and market index in Hong Kong
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and outgoing personality
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available preferred
