Teach Unlimited Foundation (TUF) is a public charity committed to advance education opportunities for Hong Kong’s underprivileged students.  Under our scholarship program, top university graduates are trained and placed in selected local schools operating in challenging circumstances as Program Mentors. Their objectives are very clear: inspire students, raise their academic standards and self-esteem, and inculcate in them self and community-oriented values and attitudes.

Because its viability depends upon donations, whatever TUF does must meet and be seen to meet the expectations of its stakeholders, including donors and the wider community.  With the expansion of TUF projects in Hong Kong, it has now become necessary to strengthen our existing team by recruiting a full-time Program Officer who will play a crucial role in providing high-level active support, and work closely with the Director of Operations, our team of Program Mentors and our partner schools to:

• support the planning, execution and evaluation of school-based projects and activities for students.
• provide advice and support to former school partners to replicate and continue the TUF program and activities
• develop and implement strategies for ensuring sustainability of our impact

In addition, the role will be involved in the Foundation’s public relations and other program support and promotional activities.

A graduate from a tertiary institution, you will have minimum 2 years’ experience in project planning and implementation, preferably from NGOs or professional services.  You will also be a highly self-motivated and team-oriented professional with good organizational, influencing and communication skills.

Teach Unlimited Foundation (TUF) is a non-profit organization founded in April 2011 by a group of local parents concerned about the quality of education for socially disadvantaged students in Hong Kong.

TUF aims to provide full-time, customized support to these students by means of well-structured mentorship and additional learning support systems in schools, delivered through selected high-caliber university graduates trained and coached by TUF.

TUF is a registered tax-exempt charity under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (Cap 112) in Hong Kong. We are a charity listed on WiseGiving and have been awarded the Caring Organization Logo by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service since 2015.
