Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients and project team to ensure smooth project execution for different kinds of projects ranging from innovation, web development, corporate branding to advertising;
• Manage departmental filing system;
• Supervising project management team, improving work process.

Requirements:

• Degree holder of Marketing, Business, Languages, Communication Public Relation;
• With over 4 years working experience in project Management;
• Preferable working at design agency, media house;
• Proficient Project Management Skills (Time, Scope, Cost, Risk and Change Management etc)
• Able to perform multi projects, multi tasking;
• Documentation, presentation and communication skills;
• Good command in both spoken & written Chinese and English;
