Job Description
- Responsible for prepping ingredients for Grassroots Pantry and Prune Organic Deli & Workshop kitchens
- Responsible for keeping a clean, stocked and tidy workspace
- Assist chefs with station set up, prep, assembling dishes, helping the kitchen staff during service, and clean up
We are seeking enthusiastic, positive people who are passionate about cooking and hospitality as well as whole, nutritious, locally-sourced food. Ideal candidates have integrity, a strong work ethic, and great communication skills and are team players who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Passion for working the kitchen, self motivated, and have an interest in the local, organic and sustainable food movement.
