Responsibilities:

• Perform hardware and software support to users
• Onsite project based implementation & maintenance support (Server/PC/Network Device)
• Manage & monitor the implementation of IT projects/IT asset
• Provide technical solution analysis and advice to junior engineer & sales team
• Effectively communicate with sales team to develop business and system requirements
• Reporting & documentation to Managing Director
• No need to be equipped with all IT knowledge & experience

Requirements:

• Diploma in I.T., Computer Science or related discipline
• Experience in TCP/IP, Juniper/Cisco/Sonicwall firewall & VPN appliance/L3 switch
• Experience in ESXI Virtual server, Domino, Exchange, Proxy, AD & File server
• Experience in Forefront Threat Management Gateway/Domino & Notes/Virtual Server(VMW/Hyper-V)/Thin Client/VDI
• Knowledge in Databackup Solutions/BCM/Security Solutions/Ethernet/WiFi/Optical Fiber/PBX/Client PCs/Macintosh
• Good communication skills in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• On-site job is required
• Confident and well organized
• Customer oriented, responsible, cheerful, punctual, royal to company regulation is required
• Immediate available preferred
