The incumbent will be responsible to formulate and implement fundraising programs and donor recruitment strategy in order to develop and sustain a corporate donor network for solicitation of funding, sponsorship and participation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement fundraising campaigns and activities including mass public events for acquisition, direct mailing campaigns, and retention of individual and corporate donors
• Market planning and strategic campaign promotion to maximize exposure and fundraising results
• Write-up, compile and proof-read fundraising collaterals
• Cultivate and maintain good network with corporate donors
• Donor data analysis and compilation of fundraising reports

Requirements:

• University graduate with at least 3 years of working experience in the field of marketing and communications
• Hands-on experience on project/ event management and/or fundraising
• Solid experience in social media marketing and direct marketing
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese with good copywriting, proof-reading and presentation skills
• A good communicator and established connection with the business sector
• Proactive, creative and independent, able to work under pressure
