Responsibilities:

• Formulate sales & marketing strategies and proposal to support business growth and expand market share;
• Manage, implement and execute all branding, advertising and promotion initiates for the product launch and business development;
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing plans and advertising campaigns;
• Conduct market research and keep tracking of global market trend and new product development;
• Analyze sales performance, provide sales projection and evaluate the marketing performance and effectiveness.
• Any sales & marketing projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Communications or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years' solid experience in sales & marketing field, preferably gained in financial industry;
• Experience in Strategic Marketing Planning in large corporation is a definite advantage;
• Brilliant interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skills;
• Creative, energetic, aggressive, highly self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Strong numeric sense and attention to details;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage;
• Excellent PC skills including MS Words, Excel PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Immediate available is preferred.
