Responsibilities:

- Supervise the customer services team

- Provide order-processing support to sales team.

- Follow up sales order with necessary coordination.

- Handle daily customers' enquiry.

- Arrange goods delivery and shipment.

- Coordinate trade shows and exhibitions.

- Take care of customers' claims and returns.

Job requirement:

- Diploma or above in commerce related studies.

- Min 5 years working experience in customer service or order administration.

- Self-Initiated, able to communicate with all levels of people and work under pressure.

- Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin.

- Good computer skills.

- Immediately available is preferred.

- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Services Manager.
