JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work with the Senior Manager and managers of Membership Relations Division to execute membership recruitment to achieve assigned targets;
• Being the account management with the potential and new members including negotiation and business needs encountered on terms and building long term relationship;
• Able to use multiple sources of data/ information to identify recruitment opportunities;
• Exploit and develop new membership recruitment channels and market intelligence;
• Outreach and meetings at potential members’ companies and industrial functions (such as local and cross border exhibition and conference) are required as means of sales pitching;
• Assist the Membership Relations Division and work as a team on other member related events and businesses.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary education;
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of sales experience in servicing industries, or trade/ industry association with membership driven preferred;
• Confident in influencing and engaging senior management in decision making;
• Result-oriented, proactive, energetic, work independently;
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Proficient in PC Skill (Microsoft Office), analytical and numerate;
• Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
