Job Description
Requirement:
Customer Service - Ocean Freight
1. F.5 or above
2. 3 years or above working experience in Freight forwarding company and familiar with US market
3. Good command of English and Mandarin
4. Good PC knowledge in MS office eg Word & Excel
5. Hardworking, self-motivated, responsible and independent
6. Immediate available preferable
Working Location: Kowloon Bay
Job Description:
- Mainly responsible to arrange Export shipment to US (Consolidation, CY & CFS)
- Assist to handle Export documents
- Coordinate and communicate with overseas agent, customers, co-loader, carrier and colleagues.
- Ad hoc assignments by supervisor.
