Job Responsibilities

• Handle the operations of company Flight Operations Centre;
• Communicate with crew members, clients and other departments;
• Responsible for aircraft scheduling, trip & flight planning and ground handling coordination;
• Analyze various flight factors such as aviation weather, NOTAMs, runway performance, airport restrictions, weight and balance, and fuel requirement for flight planning and flight package preparations;
• Coordinate with service providers for solution of aircraft operations in efficient and effective manner in fulfilling the operational responsibilities;
• Plan and deploy ground handling resources effectively to maximize productivity while meeting all operational requirements and timeframe;
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and authorities’ requirements including FTL, AOE, overflight, departure and arrival slots, CIQ, etc.

Job Requirements

• Tertiary education with excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Good team player with excellent communication skills, competent in crisis management, planning and problem-solving;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in aviation, solid experience in airlines operations control / FBO is preferred;
• Experience in flight planning, understanding aviation weather documents, operations flight plan and aircraft performance data;
• Advanced computer application knowledge is essential; 
• Available work shift duties including overnight and public holidays.
