Job Description 

-     Assist the Legal & Company Secretarial Division of listed company

-     Assist in preparing statutory documents, minutes, announcements, interim and annual reports to meet the requirements of the Stock Exchange

-     Prepare meeting papers and other communication materials

-     Maintain and update statutory records and a document database

-     Support ad-hoc projects

Requirements

-     HKICS student or graduate

-     2-3 years’ experience in company secretarial field

-     F.5 graduate or above (full certificate with passes in Chinese and English)

-     Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

-     More experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Officer

-     Immediate available is preferred
