Audit Junior & Assistant Accountant

Responsibilities:-

• Prepare up-to-date periodic management accounts for our clients
• Record Vendor Invoices and Prepare payment voucher and journal entries
• Monitor bank and cash movements and prepare bank reconciliation statement
• Assist in planning, documenting and executing statutory audits
• Ad hoc reporting and tasks
• Continuously improve on the firm’s accounting systems, processes and procedures

 Requirements:-

• Degree/High Diploma in Accounting, ACCA / HKICPA / HKAAT finalist
• Audit working experience an advantage but not essential
• Well organized and possess good problem solving and analytical skills
• Mature and good communication skill
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good in Excel and accounting software
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive personality and be able to interact at all levels within the firm
