Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and formulate marketing strategies in accordance with the company policy, sales targets and requirements of company continuous growth.
• Conduct marketing research, identify customers’ needs, extend sales network, increase sales volume, sales cost control, develop new sales channels.
• Responsible for result monitoring and review for on-going improvements.
• Work closely with other parties, coordinate PR activities, liaise with media on all advertising activities and follow up on articles and advertising to the media.
• Specialize in customer relationship management (CRM).
• Handle ad hoc projects as required. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder with Marketing / Business Administration or related discipline.
• At least 3 years relevant Managerial experience in business development / marketing.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to work with both internal teams and external business parties.
• Willing to work under pressure in a fast pace environment.
• Knowledge related to beauty industry is an advantage but not essential.
• Immediate availability is highly desirable.

Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assist Marketing Manager to conduct market research and campaign result analysis.
• Execute marketing and branding events such as promotion event, press activity etc.
• Work closely with promotional partners, advertising and PR agencies on marketing and brand building activities.
• Support in various ad hoc projects and assignments.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder of Marketing, Business Management or related discipline.
• At least 2 years related working experience, experience in beauty field is preferred.
• Caring, good communicate and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, organized, self-motivated, and efficient.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.
• Immediate available is highly desirable.
