工作範圍:

• 負責與設計師及市場推廣團隊協調網上市場推廣, 例如公司網頁, 橫額及海報等；
• 進行網頁內容編輯, 活躍於社交網絡, 負責管理公司的官方網站, Facebook, Blog等等, 更新公司網站資訊；
• 負責在網上推廣和發展上提供援助予團隊；
• 與各部門協調以支持及加強各種網上推廣及營銷活動；
• 確保公司所有網絡活動運作流暢, 包括社交網絡, 公司電子郵件等；
• 維持公司網頁接近美容行業市場。

要求:

• 文憑或以上程度, 有關互聯網技術, 社交網絡, 市場推廣或相關學科；
• 對美容行業及網站創作有熱誠；
• 熟悉及有經驗於社交網絡渠道, 例如Facebook, blog；
• 熟悉電腦運作包括辦公室軟件；
• 熟悉基本網頁製作技術及繪畫軟件更佳, 例如Photoshop, HTML, Flash；
• 獨立, 有創意, 勤奮, 有責任心, 積極主動, 細心；
• 組織力強, 能同時處理多項工作；
• 能夠在壓力下工作及有能力於限期內完成工作；
• 對美容行業的互聯網技術有經驗者, 可獲優先考慮；
• 即時上班者更佳。

Job duties:

• Coordinate with design and marketing team in the online marketing materials such as webpages and banners;
• Conduct webpages content editing, active in Blog / Facebook in order to maintain company internet, social media such as company Facebook page, update information of company website;
• Provide assistance to the team in internet promotion and development ;
• Coordinate with internal parties for various Internet marketing support and enhancement;
• Ensure the smooth process of all internet activities such as social media, company e-mail group etc.;
• Maintain company website close to beauty market trend.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above. Studied in IT/ Social Media/ Marketing or related disciplines;
• Have passion in creating webpage and beauty industry;
• Experience in social media channels (e.g. Facebook, blog…etc.);
• Proficiency in PC operations with MS Office;
• Knowledgeable in the basic web development and graphics tools (e.g. Photoshop, HTML, Flash) is an advantage;
• Independent, creative, hardworking, responsible, self-motivated and detail-oriented;
• Good in multi – tasking, organization;
• Able to work under pressure with the ability to complete tasks within tight deadline;
• Experience in beauty industry with IT skills is an advantage;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
