Job Responsibilities:

• Manage our ASP and warehouse operations to deliver first class services to our customers in APAC region
• Coordinate logistics flow with spare parts suppliers, vendors and forwarders
• Follow up supply leadtime, order placement and devliery schedule
• Maintain healthy inventory level and prepare adequate usage forecast
• Minimize excess inventory and avoid spare parts shortage
• Conduct regular audit and do stock housekeeping for our warehouse
• Participate in any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above, Engineering or Computer Science is preferrable
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in spares operations or logistics
• Candidates with IT background would be an advantage
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, patient and responsible
• Good in writing correspondence
• Strong communication skills with good telephone manner and problem solving attitude
• Positive and analytical thinking
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Engineer
