Responsibilities:

• Handle the operations issues of exhibitions
• Co-ordination with both internal & external parties
• Ensure to meet deadline of logistic task for assigned exhibitions
• Plan & co-ordinate projects, conference and concurrent events
• Prepare promotion materials for exhibitions
• Recruitment of relevant prospects or venders for assigned exhibitions

Requirements:

• Degree holder with 2 – 3 years working experience (candidate with more experience may consider the position of Project Executive)
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Exel, CorelDraw, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing, etc)
• Good team player, outgoing, detail minded and flexible
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of meetings, incentives, conference & exhibitions (MICE) will be an advantage
