資歷：中五程度、1年工作經驗、一般粵語、一般普通話（國內新移民/普通話为母語者優先）、良好簡體文字閱讀能力、懂簡體字輸入、具有基本電腦操作知識、Microsoft Office、有耐性、有責任心、工作細心、具有良好溝通技巧、良好應變能力、可即時上班者優先考慮。

職責：負責監察客戶溝通記錄和跟進處理情況、關注項目更新通知情況、提升客戶的服務品質。

待遇：每月$9,500 - $11,000 ，在職培訓、晉升機會、表現獎金、節日獎金、醫療福利、全勤獎、年終獎金及雙糧 。

上班時間：每週工作5天，9:00-17:30，勞工假期。
