RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the subject matter expert for channel data by developing and maintaining advanced knowledge of Schneider Electric  channel data model
• Understand channel data input and output processes and collaborate with Schneider Electric IPO and other stakeholders to define monitor and improve data accuracy and validity
• Act as the subject matter expert for channel data by developing and maintaining advanced knowledge of channel data model
• Act as the subject matter expert for Schneider Electric's channel data management systems
• Maintain system documentation and liaise with colleagues in the IPO functions to design and work with stakeholders to gather system requirements that drive toward simplicity and a single source of truth for channel data
• Support the development and implementation of data governance principles, practices and standards
• Act as a data steward within Schneider Electric for channel data by contributing to meetings and other activities to promote data governance principles, practices and standards among all other channel data stewards
• Support business stakeholders in understanding channel data (hierarchies, classifications and other key data categories) by collaborating with others to define
• Colaborate with Data Warehousing /Business Intelligence/Big Data as a subject matter expert for initiatives where channel data is involved
• Perform or support country LOB, zone and country analysts and teams to perform queries and extracts of channel data to create information and reports required by business stakeholders for planning and decision-making
• Support ad-hoc requests on other sales operations programs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree or above in Business / Information Technology related discipline
• Proficient in English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin; French is a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years IT / Data Analysis experience
• Experience on channel data management will be a strong plus
• Strong understanding of IT and business processes
• Knowledge of the technology and energy management markets will be a definite advantage
• Demonstrated ability to break down and analyze multi-dimensional business and technical issues
• Experience in integrating information from a variety of resources, formats and systems
• Strong leadership skills, including translating broad requirements into specific objectives, requirements and action plans
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution, integrating efforts across business functions
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong internal and external relationships and the ability to effectively interface with customers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Advanced technical skills, working knowledge of database concepts and modeling is a plus
