Responsibilities:

• Ensure that websites are kept up-to-date and continuously refreshed with new contents and information. Experience in content generation is a plus.
• Responsible for the organization of all trade shows, customer seminars, events and literatures.
• Work with sales, product management and outside vendors on the creation of effective sales tools, display materials and premiums.
• Coordinate translations and proofreading for all Asian languages as required.
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of all promotional programs including the management of lead tracking and fulfillment.
• Work with Operations and HR to ensure all our facilities deliver a consistent branding and corporate image.
• Ability to work and communicate independently with US marketing department team members to leverage on their resources and capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of marketing communications experience working for western MNC, preferably from a B2B construction or industrial background. Experience working in a US MNC would be advantageous.
• 3 to 5 years experience in the management of agencies and vendors. Able to formulate and conduct brief, negotiate rates and provide creative inputs.
• Ability to travel to key markets including China, Macau and Malaysia.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
