Job Description                                                                                

• Responsible for TV and film production project development and management as executive producer in China, Japan and Korea, including casting management, project planning and strategy, project marketing and distribution, etc.
• In charge of media activities networking and events co-ordination in China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau, supporting for Hong Kong headquarter media business development.                                                    
  
• Executive producer responsible for music business development, including music/song composition and distribution with TV and film production, concert events planning and organization, etc.                                         
  
• Assistance in media related project development, including youth media project development, fashion media project planning and organization, international film & TV market co-ordination, etc.                                              
  

Requirements                                                                                                                                                   

• At least 10 years physical experience of executive producer with relation to various media projects such as TV series, films, varieties, etc.
• At least 15 years of working experience in the film and multi-media industry, including over 10 years of independent project management experience
• Knowledge and experience in media project planning and development, programme production, marketing and distribution, etc.
• Provide leadership and vision to the organization by developing long range and annual business plans                 
  
• Assist directors of Company to explore and assess new business oportunities across media industries                
  
• Network with industry professionals to meet new business opportunities, including media related projects             
  
• Proficiency in Japanese, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Be entrepreneurial and innovative
• Demonstrate outstanding leadership, communication and negotiation skills, strong business acumen as well as ability to working under pressure
