The Job:

• To handle document collection and distribution in accordance with our operations procedure and customers’ requirements.
• To be responsible for order taking and pick up arrangements.
• To monitor the filing system and computerized database.
• To answer general telephone enquiries.
• Certificate/diploma or Formal Secondary School graduate with 1-2 years working experience in freight forwarding or shipping industry.
• Fresh graduate with less experience may also be considered.
• Strong interest to pursue long term career in the logistic solutions industry.
• Good PC knowledge.
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Hardworking and willing to work overtime.
• Shift duties is required for the positions in Air Export Department located at Chek Lap Kok.

The Qualifications:
