Main purpose of the role:

Provide a smooth and professional international mobility experience to assignees in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Work with relocation agency to support assignees’ settling in Hong Kong, e.g. visa, home search, school search, culture training, language learning, shipment, etc.
• Support all vendor payment and individual benefits claim for assignees.
• Manage assignees’ leave record.
• Maintain p-files in well-organized situation.
• Contribute to local projects on efficiency improvement, e.g. process, tools & vendor management.
• Assist AP Regional Leader on tasks assigned.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree and above, prefer the holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• At least 2 years' HR experience in international companies with Expatriate Management is plus.
• Customer service oriented with good team spirit.
• Strong communication skills, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility and personal integrity.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to prioritize and work under pressure
• Able to handle confidential cases in a discreet manner
