Job Description
Assistant Accounting Manager
Report to the Accounting Manager.
Main Job Duties:
- Assist in preparation of financial management reports
- Assist in supervising daily accounting functions of accounts receivables, inventory and intercompany transactions
- Assist in implementation of the operating, group reporting and internal control procedures
- Occasional travel to our PRC office/factory in Shenzhen/Dongguan is required
- Handle ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Qualified / partly qualified professional accountants
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting or auditing field
- Working experience in managerial level of manufacturing company will be an advantage
- Strong PC skills and experience in working with accounting software and ERP system
- Strong analytical mind and detail oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
