Assistant Financial Controller

 Direct report to the Financial Controller to assist to lead theHong Kongaccounting function.

 Main Job Duties:

• Assist to lead theHong Kong accounting team to handle full set of books, month end closing
• Supervise daily accounting function of theHong Kong operation
• Preparation of timely and accurate financial and management reports, and with financial and business review commentary
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants and other external professionals
• Assist in improving and strengthening of the operating, reporting and internal control procedures to ensure effective financial management system
• Occasional travel to our PRC office/factory in Shenzhen/Dongguan is required
• Handle ad hoc assignments

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, or related fields, with professional accounting qualification
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in accounting or auditing field, with minimum 3 years in managerial position in commercial environment, preferably in jewelry related sector
•  Hands on experience with ERP systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP
• Strong analytical mind and detail oriented
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
