Job Responsibilities: 

• Executing and administrating trustee and escrow services
• Performing client on boarding due diligence review and formulating work plans
• Preparing and reviewing financial accounts
• Assisting with corporate secretarial matters

   Key Requirements:  

• Bachelor degree or higher in accounting or finance discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the accounting, audit or finance industry
• Knowledge on fund administration and company secretarial matters is a plus
• Good business sense and commercial acumen
• Strong financial and business analytical skills
• Self-motivated, dedicated and outgoing team player
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Mandarin are essential
