We are seeking an ambitious individual with approximately 6 years’ insolvency, restructuring and forensic accounting experience to join our team in Hong Kong.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate solid experience of:

• day-to-day management of engagements such as financial and operational restructuring, compulsory liquidation, creditors voluntary liquidation, receivership, bankruptcy, valuation and forensic accounting investigation assignments;
• drafting reports for Courts and creditors; and
• cross-border assignments including Hong Kong, PRC and offshore jurisdictions.

Key Requirements:   

• Bachelor degree or higher in accountancy
• CA or CPA qualification
• 6 years’ relevant work experience, including insolvency, restructuring and forensic investigations
• Good business sense and commercial acumen
• Strong financial and business analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are essential
