Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform account management including follow-up of pre-sales and after-sales customer service support
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality, compliance and timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with factory and OEM suppliers on production details
- Communicate with team members and provide guidance in merchandising functions for both Hong Kong and China operations
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate and execute marketing and sales program
- Assist management team in planning and development of product roadmaps
- Assist in ad hoc projects including new product development program
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 2 years relevant experience in providing sales support and account servicing
- Solid experience in manufacturing industry
- Knowledgeable in purchasing and sourcing
- Proficient in MS applications
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
