Job Responsibilities:

• Involve in the sourcing and selection of effective recruitment channels, conducting recruitment interviews, and providing professional recommendations to hiring managers
• Follow through the New Hire Integration Program including Orientation and New Hire Interview to ensure the new hires are well integrated into the Company
• Maintain and update job specification for each position
• Other ad hoc duties as required 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure with good time management skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
