- Outdoor messenger services, post office mailing, cleaning 2 meeting rooms and reception area
- Excellent manner in greeting visitors and incoming telephone calls
- Handling incoming and outgoing mails for company and clients
- Managing office petty cash and stationeries control
- Preparation and accounting of cheque payments
- Clerical and administrative support
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Pleasant character, good English and Putonghua
- Word processing, English and Chinese typing
- Form 5 or above education, accurate data input skills
- Book-keeping knowledge and accounting software is preferred
- Hardworking, willing attitude to learn and assume responsibility
