Responsibilities:

• Provide all round HR and office administrative support
• Business cards, office supplies ordering and office equipment maintenance and renewal
• Air-ticket and hotel arrangement for company staff
• Arrange visitor's workstation, transportation and accommodation
• Handle office and medical insurance administration
• Maintain and update leave & attendance record regularly
• Perform ad-hoc assignments, company events and projects as required
• Back up Receptionist when required

Experience / requirements:   

• F.5 full cert with diploma or F.7 passed in English and Chinese
• 1-2 years related experience in HR & Admin. function 
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self motivated, responsible, willing to learn, detail minded and good team player
• Immediately available is preferred
