Job Responsibilities:

• Handle data entry of purchasing orders and inventory transactions into the system
• Follow up shipments for finished goods and spare parts
• Prepare regular inventory reports
• Maintain filing system for the department
• Provide general clerical support

Requirement:

• F.7 or above
• 1 year solid experience in PMC, Procurement or Logistics is preferred
• Hands-on PC knowledge in MS Office
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure
• Immediate availability is definitely an advantage
