Job Description

Responsibility:

Provide PC/LAN support and system troubleshooting for end users;
Configuration, Maintenance and installation Hardware/Software in various PC/LAN devices including E-mail Server, Switches, Firewall, VPN, Wifi Router, Antivirus and Printer Driver;
Conduct test on ERP's system and install software product
Provide system's training and guideline to internal staff

Requirements:

Certificate / Diploma holder or above in IT, Computing, Computer Science, Engineering or any other related disciplines
Min 3-years relevant working experience in IT support and maintenance.
Possess qualifications of MCP / MCSE or related is preferred and advantage
Well trained in MS Windows and MS Office troubleshooting
Programming knowledge in PHP and MySQL
Good knowledge in PC software and hardware system
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Immediate available is highly preferred
