Job Description
Main purpose of the role:
Provide a smooth and professional international mobility experience to assignees in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Work with relocation agency to support assignees’ settling in Hong Kong, e.g. visa, home search, school search, culture training, language learning, shipment, etc.
- Support all vendor payment and individual benefits claim for assignees.
- Manage assignees’ leave record.
- Maintain p-files in well-organized situation.
- Contribute to local projects on efficiency improvement, e.g. process, tools & vendor management.
- Assist AP Regional Leader on tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree and above, prefer the holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- At least 2 years' HR experience in international companies with Expatriate Management is plus.
- Customer service oriented with good team spirit.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility and personal integrity.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to prioritize and work under pressure
- Able to handle confidential cases in a discreet manner
