In Asia Pacific, the Corporate Human Resources Department is looking for HR Officer to take care of a population of around 60 employees in China, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Job Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Assist in preparing employment contracts
• Prepare salary proposal and documents for annual salary reviews
• Prepare monthly payroll for Hong Kong, China & Singapore and monthly payroll summary reports
• Responsible for filing payroll related documents on a monthly and annual basis
• Administer work visa and visa extension for expatriates and their families
• Coordinate expatriates' arrival (house search, travel arrangements, school enrollment etc.)
• In charge of administration of local and expatriate staff benefits and insurance schemes
• Assist in monthly and yearly HR reports
• Handle annual tax filing and leave records
• Provide support to ad hoc projects if necessary and to the regional C&B team

Key Requirements & Competencies:

• University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related discipline
• Minimum 3-4 years solid HR experience in a related industry
• Pleasant and mature with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible and hard-working
• Flexible and be able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of Chinese and English and fluency in Mandarin is required
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
