Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the function of recruitment and selection, including but not limited to job advertisement posting, CV screening, interview arrangement, offer making and entry procedures
- Work closely with different Hiring Managers of the line departments to provide effective recruitment services

Coordinate with external agents on the management of in-sourcing staff

Handle contract renewal matters for in-sourcing staff in a timely manner

Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
-
F.7 graduates or above
-
Minimum 3 years’ solid HR experience, preferably gained in banking/ financial sector

Good knowledge of Employment Ordinance
-
Good team player and communication skills
-
Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure

Immediate availability is preferred

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
Applicants for the above position must be proficient in written & spoken Chinese (including Mandarin) & English, and be competent in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint application.
