• Provide support to Customer Services Manager on the daily operation job
• ŸProvide customer services (such as RMA & customer complaint handling)
• ŸFollow up enquiries & update of CRM
• ŸSales order processing
• ŸAssist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirement

• Report to Customer Services Manager
• ŸTo support the sales administration activities
• ŸTo handle the customer service activities, eg. Telephone enquiries, RMA, complaint etc
• ŸUniversity graduate with 1 – 2 years related working experience
• ŸPleasant, proactive, strong sense of responsibility
• ŸGood telephone manner and communication skill
• Fluent in spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• ŸWell organized & multi-tasking skills

We offer 5 days work, bank holidays and our factory is located in Hong Kong
