Job Description
Responsibilities:-
- Negotiate and coordinate with buyers in relation to the enquiries of products
- Collaborate with production to develop new products to comply with specifications and design criteria
- Liaise with government departments and clients for development of new products
- Organize various plant visits and promotion activities
- Monitor the sales trend in accordance with the production
- Handle customers' complaint and take corrective actions
- Carry out customer satisfaction survey
- Prepare sales contract / report / quotation / correspondence
- Assist QMR to comply with ISO 9001:2008 requirements
Requirements:-
- Bachelor Degree holder preferably in Engineering discipline or equivalent
- 5 years in sales & marketing working experience and preferably related to construction materials and relevant industry
- Computer literacy in MS office
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Holding of driving license is preferable
