Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive administrative duties
• Answer and handle incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
• Greet and direct all visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage stationery, courier, travel and accommodation arrangements
• Manage reception area and meeting room preparation
• Some outdoor work required, such as going to bank, collection of documents.

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above
• 1 year's relevant experience in administration fields.  Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good telephone manner with strong communication skill
• Good command of Chinese and English, capable to communicate in Mandarin
• Independent, trustworthy, detail minded, flexible, good common sense and strong sense of responsibilities
• Self-motivated and good team player
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is preferable.
